How do I place an Order with Excess-Supply?
The fastest way to order is to use the shopping cart on our website. If you place your order before noon MTN time we will typically ship the same day.
 

What are my payment options?
Our secure shopping cart accepts Visa, and MasterCard. If you wish to pay via your PayPal account you may do so by sending us an email or calling us at 303-204-1617. Only credit cards issued by United States banks, financial institutions, etc. will be accepted. The billing address you provide must match the billing address on file with the card issuer. The transaction will be reflected on your credit card statement as Excess Supply.


Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. Our customer's privacy and security are our highest priorities, which is why we are an Authorize.net merchant. If you click on the Authorize.net seal at the top or bottom of our page you'll be linked to the Site Verification Window to see that we are an Active Authorized.Net merchant.


Do you charge sales tax?
The state of Colorado demands that we collect sales tax on items that are sold and shipped within the State of Colorado or are picked up from our facility. If you operate in the State of Colorado and have a current re-sellers license you may provide us a copy so that we do not have to collect sales tax.
 

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes.  Please contact us prior to placing your order so that we may provide an accurate freight cost.


Can I track my shipment?
Yes, at the time your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with the shipping and tracking information.

Can I pay via check or money order?
Yes, we do take these forms of payment, however we will not ship the product until the check or money order has cleared and the funds are deposited in our bank account.


What is your Return Policy?
Our return policy states that we will only refund or exchange product that does not perform per manufacturer's specification.  See our Return Policy in the Customer Service area of our site for additional details.


How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping is calculated at the time you place your order and is based on currently published UPS rates.


What is your Privacy Policy?
Our customer's privacy is paramount to us which is why we do not trade, rent, or sell information we collect in the process of transacting business with you.  The information we collect is enough to process credit card or payment information, ship to addresses, and an email and phone number where we can contact you with shipping information.  See our Privacy Policy in the Customer Service area of our site for additional details.

Why do you have Minimum Order Quantities?
We set Minimum Order Quantities on certain items to keep prices as low as possible for our customers.  Many times these quantities match case or box quantities for the items listed.
